By purchasing a ticket or attending the San Jose Card Show, you agree to the terms below. They cover admission, on-site conduct, photography, giveaways, and liability.
Admission
Admission tickets and VIP packs are sold through Eventbrite and are subject to Eventbrite's terms. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. VIP pack quantities are strictly limited and non-transferable once redeemed.
Conduct
Attendees agree to follow venue rules and staff instructions. Disruptive or unlawful behavior will result in removal without refund.
Photography & recording
The San Jose Card Show may photograph or record the event for promotional purposes. Attendance implies consent to appear in such material.
Giveaways
Giveaway drawings are conducted at random throughout the day. Winners must be present to claim. No cash equivalent.
Liability
The San Jose Card Show, its sponsors, and the venue are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought to the event.
